Wed 1 Mar 2023
The CIS Group's headquarters would like to take part in the "Change your Mood" challenge organized by the Metropolis of Aix-Marseille for companies in the region, which will run from March 1 to 31, 2023. Its objective is to change our mobility and make our habits evolve in favor of a softer and more sustainable mobility (public transport, carpooling, electric/hybrid, bicycle).
Why sustainable mobility?
Sustainable mobility is a concept which is part of the ecological transition and which proposes innovative and sustainable solutions for mobility. With sustainable mobility, we can move safely, more ecologically and economically.
By opting for a softer and more sustainable mobility, we can reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, limit noise pollution and contribute to the preservation of nature. There is a wide variety of soft and sustainable modes of transportation that can be adapted to all needs. Bikes, scooters, electric bikes and hybrid vehicles are more environmentally friendly means of transportation than gasoline and diesel vehicles.
Change Your Transportation Mood Challenge
The "Change your Mood" challenge is organized by the Metropolis of Aix-Marseille for companies in the region to promote more environmentally friendly modes of transportation (public transportation, carpooling, electric/hybrid, cycling).
During the month of March, employees of some 40 participating companies will be able to evaluate their transportation habits through a questionnaire, compose their own mobility challenge and test it for a month (ex.: I decide to come to the office by bike once a week).
The aim of this initiative is to test new modes of transport in order to change people's habits in favor of a softer and more sustainable mobility for their daily trips (public transport, carpooling, electric car, bicycle, walking).
This first edition of the event is a fun way to instill a collective dynamic for participating employees and helps reduce polluting emissions in the region.
