As part of its "A Brighter Future" program, which aims to carry out one social project per month in order to improve the standard of living of local populations, CIS Chad has donated food and cleaning products to the Komé village dispensary, alongside the operational management of its client EEPCI in Komé. The cleaning products and personal protective equipment will allow the dispensary team to better protect themselves during this period of COVID-19, and to treat patients more safely.

In Burkina Faso, CIS co-organized an awareness-raising session on good hygiene practices for women restaurant owners in the local community of Boungou, in partnership with our client ENDEAVOUR. Over the course of two days, our QHSE Manager shared his expertise with some thirty women affectionately known as "Mama-Pot" or "Shop-Ladies". This collaboration, for the benefit of the village community, has helped strengthen the bonds of trust and partnership with the management of the Natougou-Boungou mine.

Through its regular actions, CIS continues its social commitment to local populations in Africa.
