Close to $60 million signed in new contracts with major international operators in the energy sector 

Despite a context still strongly degraded by the health crisis, the CIS Group continues its development by strengthening its positions with major clients in all the regions where the Group is present. 

During the current financial year, the Group is experiencing a strong commercial dynamic, mainly in the form of new contracts, for a total amount close to $60 million. Demonstrating the relevance of CIS's reinforcement in high-potential zones, these new successes will constitute powerful growth drivers for 2021 and beyond.  

Eurasia zone 

In Kazakhstan, the Group has won two new contracts in the mining sector, a sector in which the Group has become the benchmark actor in the country. The Kazakh subsidiary has also won a new contract for the supply and installation of kitchen equipment for a client in the mining sector outsourcing this type of service for the first time, a great expression of confidence towards the Group. 

Sub-Saharan Africa zone 

In Mozambique, where CIS has been operating for more than 7 years, the Group has just won three new contracts. The first one in the mining sector, CIS has signed a new coal mine contract with its historical Brazilian client. 

The Group has also signed two new contracts in the gas sector. The first one is for the management of a site in the country's high-potential gas zone. The second concerns an offshore project, the second largest FLNG in the world, with a world leader in the natural gas and oil sector.

North Africa zone

In Algeria, where the CIS Group has been present for 27 years, its local subsidiary has won a new contract for the management of a remote site in Hassi R'Mel, where the largest natural gas deposit on the African continent is located. 

Americas Zone          

In Bolivia, CIS won two contracts in the energy sector with new clients. One is for the management of the remote site of one of the country's largest gas fields. And the second is for a drilling well in the Santa Cruz region, a key area for gas development in the country.
