Since June 2023, CIS Group has been deploying Digital Solutions at its Malian subsidiary. A wide range of solutions aimed at optimizing the management of its client's site has been deployed:
- Access control for residents
- Optimization of site occupancy
- On-site cashless payment system
- Supply chain optimization
- Badge reader to optimize meal tracking
The aim is to optimize the day-to-day management of our client's site. By providing advanced IT solutions, we aim to improve operational efficiency while strengthening the relationship of trust with our client.

The system guarantees traceability, reliability and availability of data, facilitating monthly invoicing and reducing manual clocking-in work for our on-site staff.

The deployment of these high value-added services reinforces our client's trust in CIS by providing full traceability and detailed reporting for each of the services provided by CIS. In addition, the access control solution guarantees additional security at defined times and locations.
To date, over 2,000 badges have been issued to provide access to restaurants and points of sale for residents of our client's site. We would like to congratulate and thank the local and head office teams who worked so hard to bring this project to a successful conclusion.
