The Ministry of the Armed Forces and CIS have regularized the agreement to support the military reserve policy. This agreement was carried by the National Guard created in 2016 to federate all operational reservists. This military ceremony took place at the Château Saint Victor in the salons of the residence of the Military Governor of Marseille, General Pascal Facon, General Officer of the Southern Defense and Security Zone, Commander of the Southern Defense and Security Zone.
During this ceremony, Régis Arnoux was accepted into the citizen reserve at the rank of colonel. This is a great honor and a great pride for Régis Arnoux and new perspectives for CIS.
