Following the proposal of the Board of Directors, the appointment of Caroline Flaissier as a new independent corporate administrator has been confirmed during the General Meeting of CIS today.

Caroline FLAISSIER graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines (ENSM) in Nancy and holds a Master's degree in Energy Physics from the University of Paris 6 Pierre et Marie Curie. She is a Senior Client Partner Executive Search of the international talent and organisation management consultancy firm, KORN FERRY.

She was previously Managing Director of ENGIE Entreprises & Collectivités in France, where she led the transformation of the company and the evolution of its operational model towards innovative services related to the energy transition. Previously, Caroline FLAISSIER spent 16 years at TotalEnergies where she held various management positions, both operational and functional.

Caroline FLAISSIER is a member of the supervisory board of the infrastructure fund Infravia Capital Partner, and Partner of the accelerator 50 Partners Impact. Caroline FLAISSIER is also a Young Leader of the French American Foundation, and winner of the "Next Leader Award" of Les Echos for digital in 2017.
