CIS Mozambique has two new shareholders, Intelec Holdings and LA Holding. These two Mozambican Groups have major positions in various sectors of activity, ranging from services, telecommunications, to automotive, energy and others.
With these new patners, CIS Mozambique has added expertise and skills that will enable CIS to seize future large-scale opportunities in energy, mining and infrastructure sectors.
CIS has been present in Mozambique since 2013 and is developing on 12 operations located in the region of Cabo Delgado, Beira, Tete, Nampula and Maputo.
CIS Mozambique is strongly committed to local economic and social developments, in specific areas such as agricultural projects, fishing, orphanages, schools among others in remote regions of Nampula, Cabo Delgado and Maputo.
Its experience and knowledge of the country for nearly 10 years and this new partnership will allow CIS to perpetuate its positions and to develop in the country.
