CIS Group headquarters has just renewed its partnership with the Lycée Hôtelier de Marseille with a dual objective: to attract new talent and train its country teams.

As an integrator of catering and facilities services, human capital is essential to CIS's business and decisive for long-term success.
This partnership is therefore in line with our policy of continuous improvement and striving for excellence in the quality of services provided to our clients.
With the aim of attracting new talent, various events will be organized with the high school, such as participation in the school forum, and sponsorship of a BTS hotel or catering class. Each year, certain students will be signed up for a 4-month internship with the Group from April to July.

In addition, this collaboration will enable CIS to renew its training program for chefs, taking advantage of the Lycée's professional trainers to support, train and develop the skills of deserving employees in each country.
To ensure that these training programs are as effective as possible, and in line with our specific environments, we have decided to allow the teachers who will be co-constructing the training materials to visit our major operating sites, so as to immerse themselves in our day-to-day realities on the ground.
