The Group is particularly attached to the subject of childhood and supports many structures to help children through its 20 operating countries such as in Niger where CIS has been supporting the orphanage “Le Bon Samaritain”, located in Niamey, for nearly 5 years.
Following the fire of February 1, 2021 that completely destroyed the girls’ building at the orphanage, CIS created a solidarity fund to help finance the renovation.
Thanks to the help of generous donors, employees and the participation of the CIS Group, nearly 8 000 euros were raised!
The solidarity fund is now closed and the money collected contributes to the financing of repairs (roofing, electricity, plumbing, insulation, furniture, painting of the building).

As a reminder, CIS has been operating in Niger since 2016, in the mining sector on the remote sites of Somaïr and Cominak as well as in the defence sector.
