By activating the CIS VR Training project in 2021, whose objective is to use virtual reality to train its employees on a large scale in its core business activities, the CIS Group has kicked off 2022 focused on Human Resources.
In June 2022, CIS Group began deploying its virtual reality training materials, which are unique in the world of remote site, on all major operations of the Group.
"These modules, which do not exist on the market, are the result of the creativity and extraordinary work of our in-house teams. They aim to intensify our training for the benefit of our teams, and therefore our clients”, Yannick Morillon, Managing Director
The virtual reality technology immerses the trainees in a familiar environment and confronts them with the reality of the field without danger or material consequences.
A backoffice feature allows for the evolution of each employee to be tracked in relation to time, progress, results on the various subjects and proposed questionnaires.
The first module, developed for the catering and food safety sectors, was tested on our Kazakh teams. A new series of deployments will take place in Eurasia and Sub-Saharan Africa by the end of 2022.
CIS is involving all of its clients who are considering a new approach to their own training process in this project.
The VR Training project is part of the smart4you offer, which provides a range of innovative solutions to better meet our customers' expectations in the areas of safety, well-being, processes and sustainability.
