CNA Mauritania, a subsidiary of CIS in Mauritania and Senegal, has been awarded a catering service contract for an LNG project positioning the Group in Mauritanian-Senegalese territorial waters.

CIS has been active in Mauritania and Senegal for several years in the energy and mining sector alongside major local players.
Since December 2022, CNA Mauritania has started its catering services on an FPSO vessel (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading Unit) of the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) project accompanying it during its towing phase.
This innovative offshore project was discovered in 2015 off the coast of Mauritania and Senegal. It represents a unique partnership between these two countries and has some of the deepest subsea infrastructure in Africa (2850m).
