As of December 2, 2019, and for a period of 5 days, 11 CIS Group Chefs from Chad, Mali, Burkina Faso, Mauritania and Senegal will receive qualifying training at the Lycée Hôtelier de Marseille.

The teams will tackle the essential themes of the evolution of culinary techniques, integrating those specific to the world's kitchens, food security and brigade management.

For more than 27 years, catering has been the core business of the CIS Group, which offers a complete range of menus at each of its sites, combining conviviality and nutritional balance, while respecting food customs, religious rules and international standards.

As a reminder, the CIS Group serves nearly 50 million meals a year and 95% of its purchases locally.
