Since February 24th, CIS has activated its crisis cellphone to monitor the evolution of Covid-19 in all its countries of operation and to define information, prevention and protection policies within the Group.

The Group's priority is, above all, the health of its employees in France and internationally. Thus, the Group has implemented all necessary measures to protect its teams while ensuring the continuity of its activities, in particular through the implementation of remote working for all employees of the head office.  At its operating sites, the Group intends to maintain its activity with its customers with the strictest respect of the health safety rules.

While activity in the first months of fiscal 2020 is still well oriented with a very limited Covid-19 impact, it is difficult to measure today the effects of the epidemic on the Group's activity. The spread of the virus, protective measures, and conditions to maintain activity vary from country to country and with customers therefore making it impossible to assess at this time the consequences on teams and operations.  However, CIS maintains its business momentum with ongoing development opportunities.

Finally, to date, CIS is minimally affected by the fall in oil prices given its position mainly in on and offshore production.

However, CIS remains extremely attentive to developments of the situation and will keep the market informed of any significant developments in its business.

On the financial side, CIS has a sound and solid financial position on 31/12/2019, which should enable it to get through this unprecedented crisis.

Faced with this global health crisis, Régis Arnoux and the Group's general management thank all its employees who ensure the continuity of services on the operating sites on a daily basis.
