Some key facts and figures:
- In Asia, more than 70% of our staff are females
- In Burkina Faso, the male-female parity is 50% and 2 key positions in Finance and HR departments are held by women
- In Africa, CIS supports local women organizations involved in the socioeconomic development of the countries
- In Brazil, 44% of our staff in Macaé are females
