On April 3 in Marseille, Lieutenant General Pascal FACON, General Officer of the Southern Defense and Security Zone in France, acknowledged the commitment of the CIS Group to support the men and women serving the French Armed Forces.

CIS Group recognizes the value of the commitment of the men and women of the armed forces, who have an essential responsibility to France, and the particular implications that this commitment to the service of the country generates for some of its employees, and for the company.
What are the commitments for CIS?
- To adopt and promote a benevolent attitude towards its employees whose lives are directly or indirectly marked by a commitment to the armed forces,
- To treat with understanding the constraints generated by the absence of a spouse who is away on mission,
- To take into consideration the needs of employees in the Operational Reserve,
- Collaborate as best as possible with the appropriate structures of the armed forces in order to deal with the related problems.

- Encouraging a healthy work environment: with the global health crisis of Covid-19, the priority of the CIS Group is above all the health of its employees and clients. CIS has implemented solutions to improve the quality of the air, the temperature as well as the cleanliness and safety of the premises.
- Promote work-life balance: CIS offers telecommuting options to allow employees to better manage their professional and personal lives.
- Promote physical activity and mental health: We know that living away from home in a remote area can be difficult, which is why we have made resident satisfaction a priority. We pay particular attention to the key moments of a resident's day and are committed to creating a friendly atmosphere at our sites of operation: swimming pools, various activities, sports rooms, libraries... all services made available to them to improve their living comfort.
CIS has also developed a digital Leisure & Wellness offer, with the introduction of a connected bracelet to access information on one's state of health, the services of a virtual coach, and online games with augmented reality headsets.
At all its operating sites, CIS organizes sports activities, yoga and meditation sessions to help employees take care of their physical and mental health. In addition, since March 2022, CIS headquarters has provided its employees with a gym where they can enjoy personalized sports sessions.
