Created in 2006, the TUMAINI orphanage is a non-profit association aiming to help orphan or abandoned children. It is located in the commune of Kampemba in Ruashi, in a very poor environment. The orphanage takes care of children from 0 to 18 years old and currently accounts for 53 orphans (26 girls and 27 boys). It supports their education and leisure activities and covers the meals until their majority.
The orphanage is sorely lacking in resources to be able to feed the orphans properly on a daily basis.
Thus, TS.CIS recently donated fresh food and hygiene products and helped pay the baccalaureate fees for 4 children.
It is with emotion that the head of the orphanage deeply thanked TS.CIS for this humanitarian gesture.
