Our Kazakh subsidiary has digitized its approach to food safety thanks to a solution. CIS Group's QHSE Corporate Coordinator & Nutritionist recently visited Altynalmas Aksu to deploy the Eezytrace solution. The solution digitizes all paper-based food safety controls, marking a major step towards a more efficient and sustainable approach.
Eezytrace: the digital revolution in food safety
Eezytrace is a mobile application whose mission is to support field teams at all times, relieving them of the burden of paper and simplifying their day-to-day work, while ensuring optimal food safety controls. What's more, Eezytrace stands out for its ease of use and its ability to adapt precisely to the needs and practices of each company.
Deployment in test phase
In Kazakhstan, CAC has taken an important step by adopting Eezytrace to manage food safety controls. The application is available in three languages: English, Kazakh and Russian, enabling seamless use by local teams on site. All controls have been developed in compliance with Kazakh regulatory requirements, guaranteeing an approach perfectly adapted to the local context.
To test the solution, a one-month test phase is planned. After this period, the teams will no longer use paper documents for these controls, but only a tablet. This transition to digital technology promises a considerable improvement in process efficiency and enhanced traceability of food safety operations.
