For the 5th year in a row, our Mongolian subsidiary SSM is working with the Labor Exchange to recruit active job applicants registered in the national system.
Thanks to this cooperation, SSM was able to recruit more than 110 job seekers in 2021. During February 2022, SSM is expected to recruit an additional 175 people.
In recognition of this cooperation, the Labour Exchange has awarded SSM the title of "Best Employer" in the region.
As a reminder, our Mongolian subsidiary accounts for more than 1,000 collaborators, 98.5% of whom are Mongolian nationals. 85 collaborators celebrated their 10-year anniversary at the end of 2021.
