On April 24, 2018, SSM participated in an open house recruitment day organized by our client Oyu Tolgoi as well as the local Governor and Labor and Welfare Organization to promote OT operations and recruitment on vacant jobs.
The initiators of this event organized an awards ceremony to reward the best companies that participated in this day. SSM has received 2 awards:
The first one, a CERTIFICATE OF HONORS in the "Cooperator" category for recruiting the largest number of local staff in 2017.
The second one, a CERTIFICATE OF HONORS in the "Employer" category for having recruited the largest number of people as part of the open day recruitment.
