CIS listed on the stock exchange
The flotation of part of CIS’s share capital marked a turning point in the life of the company, which gained worldwide recognition from clients and competitors alike. On the day of the IPO, demand for shares outstripped supply by a factor of 90.

Part of CIS’s capital was therefore placed on the Second Market of that time, and today the stock is listed on Euronext Growth Paris, while retaining majority control in the hands of the founder and his family. A control that Régis Arnoux never envisaged losing, either at the time or subsequently.
