CIS acquires 70% of the capital of TOP SERVICE, a company specializing in remote site management in the Katanga region of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
TOP SERVICE stands out for its reputation and professionalism with mining companies in the Katanga region, one of Africa’s richest mining basins, with resources of copper, coal, tin, gold, etc. Its head office and logistics base are located in Lubumbashi, the capital of Katanga.
By setting up in this region, CIS, already an operator in the DRC’s offshore oil sector, is positioning itself in a new, highly promising geographical area and consolidating its development potential.
