Acquisition of Brazilian companies Aternativa and Beta in Brazil
Alternativa and Beta are two Brazilian siblings specializing in offshore services in Brazil.
In 2020, CIS completed its 3rd external growth operation with the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Alternativa and Beta (A&B).
This acquisition represented a strategic opportunity for the Group, in particular due to its significant logistics assets: a fleet of containers, trucks and other transport equipment enabled it to fully internalize the supply chain, making it the only market player in this position.
