Published on 19/01/2022

Q4 2021 sales: +11.7% (73.5 million)

Sustained growth in 2021

An exceptional commercial performance with major successes in Russia

Strong and continuing growth

Despite the difficult context of the pandemic, CIS reported growth in Q4 2021 sales of 11.7% in relation to the same period in 2020.

Annual revenue rose to €270.7m, a 5.8% increase from 2020. At constant currency, sales grew 11.0% to €283.8m.

This growth in revenue was greatly because of a strong commercial momentum, the ramp-up of numerous contracts and a positive impact from foreign exchange trends in H2 of the year.

Strong growth in Eurasia and South America

At the level of geographical performances, revenue growth was driven mainly by South America and Eurasia, with gains of 25.4% and 17.9% respectively over the year. Revenue from Africa at constant structure grew 9.3%.

The main growth drivers were Kazakhstan, Brazil, Mauritania, and Russia, where CIS Group strengthened and developed its positions with, local and international, oil and mining players.

Positive short- and medium-term prospects

CIS Group confirms its ambitions and is looking forward to sustained growth in 2022 by further strengthening its market share and continuing to roll out innovative services.

CIS also reiterates its intention to pursue growth opportunities by acquiring companies offering specific or complementary expertise or a presence in new strong growth regions.
