Florence Arnoux, born on March 28, 1963, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the international energy, mining, engineering, and construction sectors. As Key Accounts Manager at the CIS Group, she brings her expertise and strategic vision to this world-renowned family business.
She consolidated her academic background by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Paris-Dauphine University and acquiring certificates from the University of California and San Francisco State University. She also enriched her business management training by earning a certificate from the prestigious ESSEC Business School in Paris, specializing in Women European Board Ready (WEBR).
Florence Arnoux joined the family business, the CIS Group, and played a key role as Key Account Manager. Over more than ten years of experience, she has distinguished herself in the international energy, mining, engineering, and construction sectors. Her ability to build lasting relationships with key clients and develop strategies tailored to the specific needs of each project has greatly contributed to the company’s success.
In addition to her role at CIS, Florence Arnoux holds leadership positions in several professional organizations. She sits on the CIS Board of Directors, helping to guide the company’s strategic decisions. Furthermore, she is a member of MEDEF International, a French association representing 7,000 French companies operating internationally, as well as EVOLEN, an association of professionals in the oil, gas, and renewable energy industries.
As France’s Foreign Trade Advisor (CNCCEF), Florence Arnoux is a member of the Paris office, where she plays a key role in promoting international trade.
Her passion for international affairs extends beyond business, as she is also involved in international women’s networks. She is a member of the Women Energy (WE) committee within EVOLEN, the Women International Network (WIN) of the CNCCEF, and the Women European Board Ready (WEBR) of ESSEC, demonstrating her commitment to women’s empowerment in the business world.
