Physical exercise is beneficial for the body and essential for mental well-being. We actively encourage our residents to incorporate physical activity into their daily routine. We offer sports classes for all levels, led by professional coaches both in person and virtually.
On the base camp, facilities such as gyms, football or tennis courts, and other sports areas can be made available, encouraging physical activity. “Moving” is also a factor of cohesion for the physical community operating from a base camp.
Taking a break from day-to-day duties
Well-being requires moments of downtime for everyone. That is why we provide a full range of entertainment activities. Some are traditional, such as billiards, film nights, darts, etc.
Others are combined into a digital leisure package featuring online games, virtual tournaments on TV screens, and immersive virtual reality experiences in the language of their choice. This way, our residents can escape their daily routine and even take part in special events — all from the comfort of the base camp.
