Ensuring best practices
« My job is to ensure that the Group and its subsidiaries comply with labour and tax regulations and with values and ethics. Each remote site is audited on average every two years, as an in-depth prevention plan. The audit includes an on-site part and can go as far as checking suppliers in case of any doubts, for example, as to prices or compliance with ethics rules. For CIS, these checks have become a competitive advantage, as we operate in a more secure and more carefully managed environment.
Rules and standards for all
Ethics is based on a set of rules and standards enshrined in a body of policies and strategic documents. They are intended to be shared and respected by everyone, regardless of role or activity. Standards of ethical conduct also apply to our partners, clients and remote site residents.
Be exemplary in our behavior
CIS Group has a duty to show exemplary behaviour in carrying out its day-to-day duties, at each of its operating sites. The same applies to our employees. Everyone must play their part in behaving in a respectful and exemplary manner. Otherwise, service quality and our clients’ business operations will be impacted.
To avoid this risk, CIS Group has set up a dedicated channel, this email address can be used to report any practices that go against our values.

Protect all data
Cybersecurity is a major issue that we must deal with as holders of operational, personal and strategic data. CIS Group’s Information System Security Policy contributes to ensuring business continuity, preventing leaks of sensitive information, and strengthening our employees’ trust in the use of resources available to them. In 2018, CIS Group implemented its Information System Security Policy (ISSP) project to cover all its operations, which was coordinated by one of our information system experts. The main aim is to raise the overall level of maturity of information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection.
Drawing on the work of the French Cybersecurity Agency (Agence Nationale de la Sécurité des Systèmes d’Information or ANSSI), we implemented best practices adapted to the specific context of each subsidiary. In early 2024, CIS France was certified ISO 27001 for its scope of activities. ISO 27001 helps companies to become risk-aware and proactively identify and address weaknesses. The purpose of this standard is to ensure the security of information systems at the level of the organisation, guarding against cyber-attacks and identifying new threats. It aims to protect data integrity, confidentiality and availability. When it comes to cybersecurity, everyone is concerned.
