From assessment to waste management
Our waste management services for remote sites are built around our teams of experts. Each staff member is trained and qualified to respond effectively to a site’s specific needs. From collection to recycling, from initial assessment to recommendations of optimal solutions, we develop custom processes. Our approach therefore aims for effective waste management, while guaranteeing cleanliness and hygiene.
From food waste to clean energy
Our methanisation solution offers a sustainable, eco-friendly alternative for managing food waste for remote sites. It involves using an anaerobic process to transform organic waste into biogas and digestate. This technique reduces greenhouse gas emissions and produces a readily usable source of renewable energy. Our methanisation process generates clean energy in the form of electricity and heat, which is reinjected into the remote site.
This system can operate independently and in a closed loop. Our methanisation solution can be adapted to the specific needs of the remote site. Our clients can choose to test and expand the system. In other words, they can start small then scale up the installation by adding more capacity when ready.
Reducing food waste at the source
To monitor food waste at remote sites, our solution uses smart scales and bins. These connected devices determine the type, amount and treatment of all food waste in kitchens and restaurants. We collect and compile the data for analysis. Based on this data, we can take measures to limit waste production at the source and then recover it.
These adjustments prevent food waste, starting with the identification of trends and the most wasted foods. We use this prevention method to inform our residents about the amount of food waste and encourage them to consume more responsibly.
encouraging waste segregation
On remote sites, we promote continuity in the sorting process by installing bins specifically adapted for each type of waste, in outdoor areas and in restaurants.
Positioned in the busiest areas, these sorting bins encourage recycling and raise awareness about the circular economy.
We make every effort to standardise and encourage waste segregation at remote sites. These efforts are a necessary part of our commitment to a sustainable environmental policy.
