Managing secure and transparent restaurant access
To provide secure and effective access control at restaurant entrances, we use an integrated access control system. This system enables us both to manage and protect people and property. Automation, transparency and traceability guarantee the integrity of data and documents used by contractors.
As a result, catering services are managed in a climate of trust and peace of mind. As soon as the Simandou contract in Guinea Conakry was operational, CIS chose to deploy its restaurant access management solution. By installing mobile readers, satellite restaurants can be managed even if they are not connected to the power grid.Several thousand badges were distributed over a period of several weeks to all residents with restaurant access.
Operators are stationed at the entrance of each satellite restaurant with mobile devices to collect passage data. Once consolidated, meal tracking reports can be automatically produced and distributed to the customer’s management and billing departments.

Accommodation resource management
Our flexible and transparent solution makes it possible.
To optimise the sometimes limited accommodation resources on a remote site, tools have been specially designed by CIS teams to respond to the cyclical fluctuations in worksite occupancy. Our teams have developed flexible operational tools to provide quality services and adapted performance indicators.
Accommodation is managed in the cloud so that rooms can be allocated before departures to the site, which improves the reception of residents. Data is then pooled into a single same cloud-based solution to produce consolidated reports on site occupancy.
Since 2014, CIS Group’s accommodation management system has been in use at several major sites operated by a global mining company in Kazakhstan. The local teams thoroughly understand how it works and can now launch new operations in record time.
