The 2025 financial year marks a decisive milestone in CIS’s history. With revenue of €489.2 million, up 15.7%, the Group confirms its growth momentum and further strengthens its position as a key player in its markets.
This performance was accompanied by a significant improvement in results:
- Current operating income: €26.1 million (+43.9%)
- Net income attributable to the Group: €9.1 million (+86.4%)
- Net cash: €50.2 million (+97.5%)
- Dividend per share: €0.30 (+71.4%)
Over the past five years, CIS has doubled its business activity. This trajectory reinforces the Group’s ambition to continue growing revenue while sustainably improving profitability and cash generation.
To achieve these objectives, CIS has chosen to focus its efforts on major projects, particularly in strategic sectors.
