Who are you and what do you do at CIS?

Hello, my name is Puujee, and I work as a Housekeeping Manager. I am responsible for managing housekeeping operations, supervising teams, safety, and service quality.

What made you want to join CIS 8 years ago?

I joined CIS because I wanted to grow professionally and gain international experience. Also, I was interested in working in different countries and learning from different projects and cultures.

Can you tell us what positions you’ve held at CIS?

I started in housekeeping operational roles and gradually progressed into management positions and also staff training.

Can you tell us about the traing you just provided to the teams in Guinea?

In Guinea, I provided training for housekeeping teams in laundry, accommodation, and office areas. The training included laundry operations, room cleaning circle, office cleaning organizations and maintaining a safe and professional environment.

How do you think this training will be useful to the teams?

The training will help the teams improve service quality, reduce mistakes, and also improve efficiency, teamwork and overall performance.

What advice would you give to someone who want to work internationally at CIS?

My advice is to always open to learning, respect different cultures and remain professional in every situation.

What have been the main challenges and greatest rewards associated with this internationnal assignment within the Group?

One of the biggest challenges was adapting to a new environment and working with multicultural teams. However, the greatest reward is seeing team improvement, sharing knowledge in different country. It is valuable experience both professionally and personally. I am very proud to be part of CIS. Thank you.
