Performance momentum continues

Revenue: Up 16% / EBITDA: Up 23% / Net attributable income: Up 60%

The Board of Directors met on 23 September 2026 to adopt the financial statements for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026. The Statutory Auditors have completed their procedures for these accounts and the issuance of their report is pending.

Business: accelerating growth

Revenue for the first half of 2026 amounted to €275.2 million, up from €236.5 million in the first half of 2025, coming out to growth of 16.4% (up 17% at constant currency).

Exchange rates had a limited negative impact of €1.5 million.

Business in the first six months benefited from the strong performance in Africa (up 20% at constant currency) and Eurasia (up 17% at constant currency). In the Americas (down 34% at constant currency), the situation in Brazil continues to negatively impact business. However, commercial development in the country is beginning to pay off, especially with privately owned companies in the offshore sector.

Results: continued momentum in performance

All profitability indicators increased over the first half of the year.

The ramp-up of contracts, combined with more favourable renegotiated terms and the impact of performance plans, is reflected in the improvement in profitability.

EBITDA came to €23.7 million, up 23.4% compared with the first half of 2025, for a margin of 8.6% of revenue and a further increase in profitability (8.1% in H1 2025 and 6.3% in H1 2024).

Net income rose 59.2% to €7.8 million, while net profit attributable to Group shareholders grew by 60.1% to €6.5 million.

At 30 June 2026, CIS was in a stronger financial position with shareholders’ equity of €77.4 million and unrestricted cash of €70.5 million.

With its improved cash flow (up 70%), the Group continued to reduce its bank debt (down 7%), as its net cash (excluding IFRS 16) grew to €46.2 million at 30 June 2026 from €13.9 million a year earlier.

Outlook: clear overview of full-year performance

The momentum experienced in this first half of the year, along with the advances made to standardise management processes Group-wide (expansion of the range of services, adapted pricing structures, cost optimisation, etc.), has given CIS a clear overview of full-year performance expected for 2026.
