Yannick Morillon: “Providing services necessary to life”.

The son of an expatriate who had to follow in his family’s footsteps from an early age, Yannick Morillon remembers his first meeting with Régis Arnoux. “It was in Paris, on the terrace of a café. I had an appointment, and it was 7 o’clock. He was looking for someone to assist him. I introduced myself, and he told me about his passion for his profession, his teams, CIS and the values that drive him. He also spoke of his desire to perpetuate the family business. I believe in chemistry, and we’ve met several times. That’s how I came to join the CIS Group as Deputy Managing Director on June 17, 2019.”

A graduate of the Lille School of Management and Business, then of Stanford and Babson Universities, Yannick Morillon has extensive international experience, having spent most of his career in the Middle East and Africa, even in sensitive areas, for the Vinci, Veolia Propreté and Geocoton groups, before moving on to strategy consulting. He has solid experience in the service sector, combining commercial, financial, operational and managerial expertise.

A real baptism of fire followed by the start of a reorganization and the implementation of a five-year strategic plan.

Three years later, on January 1, 2023, a change in the Group’s governance led to the appointment of Yannick Morillon as CEO. The Board of Directors, chaired by Régis Arnoux, who was stepping back for the first time, renewed its confidence in him, praising “his managerial and commercial qualities, as well as his commitment to the Group’s values”.

In consultation with CIS Group’s Board of Directors, his mission is to manage the overall strategy and drive sustainable and profitable growth. Our teams are committed to providing high-quality catering and facility management services, tailoring our solutions to the specific needs of our clients around the world. Since joining CIS, Yannick Morillon has focused his efforts on consolidating the Group’s leadership position and expanding its service portfolio. He is determined to continue driving innovation and continuously improving operations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, while accelerating the Group’s growth.
